Meet the Staff Story One
RANDY NEISWENDER
Like father like son.
Randy Neiswender grew up in the car dealership world. His father was in the business and he learned the ropes young by watching and listening.
Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Neiswender moved to Zephyrhills, Florida, with his family in 1972 where he would attend and graduate from the local high school, Zephyrhills High School, in 1977.
Post graduation, Neiswender worked at the former Lykes Pasco Packaging Plant in Dade City, Florida, for two years and then with What A Egg where he gained first-hand experience in the sales world.
It was in the egg business that he realized sales was something he enjoyed. He soon found himself moving to Jarrett Ford Dade City to continue in the line of sales, but with cars and trucks instead.
“I love sales,” said Neiswender, sales consultant at Jarrett Ford Dade City. “I’ve been here 38 years and I’ve never woken up in the morning and said, ‘Man I don't want to go in to work today.’ I love it here.”
That love comes from the family atmosphere Jarrett Ford Dade City cultivates.
“It’s a close-knit family,” said Neiswender. “Because it’s a family-owned business, they can do things differently. I mean after my accident, they held a job for me for two years. I don’t know of another dealership that would have done that for me.”
In the 38 years Neiswender has been with Jarrett Ford Dade City, no day has ever been the same.
Each day the people who come in to buy a car are a piece of a puzzle he enjoys solving. Once all of the pieces are put together, everyone leaves happy.
Whether it’s the love of sales or the family within Jarrett Ford keeping him around, Neiswender has no plans to leave Dade City anytime soon.
Happy customers are important to him.
He said, “You never take advantage of anyone. The moment you do, it’s all ruined.”
Spoken like a true Jarrett Ford family man.
